- Purchase JOYDAY Crunchy Series ice cream (Crunchy Choco Lava, Crunchy Chocolate Malt, Crunchy Chocolate Blueberry, Crunchy Vanilla Cookies) in the special JOYDAY x HEARTS2HEARTS promotional packaging during the program period.
- Check and find instant prizes on the ice cream stick.
- Participants who receive a stick with an instant prize (Trip to Korea, Samsung Smartphone, Photocard, Original Jersey, or IDR 50,000 E-Wallet) can redeem their prize by sending a message along with their personal information to JOYDAY’s official WhatsApp number for the prize-stick program (+62 811-1913-1999).
- Participants who receive a stick with the “Free Sweet Corn” prize can directly redeem it at the nearest participating store.
- The program runs until August 31, 2026.
- Instant prizes won by participants must be redeemed no later than 11:59 PM (WIB) on September 30, 2026.
- The Organizer’s decision regarding the winners is final and binding and cannot be contested.
